Everyone talks about "low touch" funnels and product-hunt campaigns. But how do I really keep signups flowing and scale them up?
Guess what. Asana, Notion or Slack didn't start getting 1,000s of signups from day 1. "Do things that don't scale" is easier said than done, because, hey, of course I can create a buzz and post on different communities and my linkedin thread. But what do I post? How do I measure if a post is successful? When do I see initial traction with X signups per week? Those are the hard things to figure out when you are a founder sales team. Don't do it on your own, it's been done before. Use it and don't waste time on testing.
